At Birkdale South State School, STEM learning inspires students to be curious, creative and innovative thinkers. Through engaging, hands-on learning experiences, students investigate the world around them, solve problems, design solutions and apply their knowledge in meaningful and authentic contexts.
Our STEM Excellence Program provides selected students with an exciting opportunity to further explore their STEM potential and develop a deeper understanding of these important fields. The program is designed to challenge and inspire students with a particular interest and aptitude in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, while developing their critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
