Payment Methods
Parents are encouraged to pay for excursions/school fees via Bpoint and internet banking. Payment methods in order of preference are:
1. QParents
2. Bpoint
2. Telephone
3. Internet banking (pamphlets available from office)
4. In person by Debit/Credit card - Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8-10am.
Regardless of payment method, please also provide Consent via QParents
QParents

BPoint
BPoint is an online payment system and can be accessed via ANY Computer or Smart Phone. Payments are accepted via Mastercard or VISA and is a secured payment method.
Parents can log into: www.bpoint.com.au/payments/dete once you have logged in you will need the information from the school invoice to complete the BPoint payment page. Invoices are sent home for each fee payable including incursions/excursions.
Telephone (IVR)
- Ensure you have invoice ready when calling
- Call 1300 631 073, press option 1
- Follow the automated prompts to enter:
- Your CRN (Customer Reference Number).
- Your invoice number.
- The payment amount.
- Your Visa or Mastercard details
Internet Banking
Each student has a unique student number which identifies your child and must be used for each transaction description. We also ask you to provide the name of the excursion or fee type. With so many students and activities going on in the school at any given time it is crucial that parents provide all the necessary information when using Internet banking.
