A welcoming space for connection, support and community
The Parent Lounge is a dedicated space at Birkdale South State School, created especially for our parent and carer community. It offers a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for parent meetings, informal check-ins and conversations, as well as a hub for workshops and training.
The Parent Lounge is a calm and comforting space with a lounge, tub chairs, tea and coffee station and workshop area.
